We have the status of a National Key Cluster!
We are happy and proud to announce that the Photonics and Fiber Optics Cluster joins the group of National Key Clusters, i.e. clusters with significant importance for the Polish economy and high international competitiveness. The NCC status was awarded to us based on the competition organized by the Ministry of Development and Technology in cooperation with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
In order to obtain the status of a National Key Cluster, the criteria had to be met:
– Preliminary technical assessment,
– Substantive and parametric evaluation,
– Evaluation awarded by the Panel of Experts
According to the definition adopted by the Ministry, a National Key Cluster is a cluster with significant importance for the national economy and high international competitiveness; National Key Clusters are identified at the national level, based on the analysis of five key areas of cluster operations: human resources, infrastructure and financial resources, economic potential, creation and transfer of knowledge, action for public policies and customer orientation.
Thank you to all our Clusters for your support in preparing the application!
The National Key Cluster Coordinator is entitled to apply for public support under the instruments of the operational programs 2021-2027. Applications of consortia consisting of a group of KKK members will benefit from preferences in the evaluation system when applying to various aid programs and activities.
